2.1 This Agreement shall come Into operation for parties on the date of signature until 31 December 2021.

 

2.2 This Agreement shall apply to non -parties on a date to be determined by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act and shall remain In force until 31 December 2021.
