I, Lehlohonolo Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that the Bargaining Council for the Furniture Manufacturing Industry of the Western Cape (LR2/6/6/32) resolved to change its name.

With effect from 06/03/2025 the bargaining council is registered as Bargaining Council for the Furniture Manufacturing Industry of the Cape Provinces.
