I, NOMAKHOZAZANA METH, Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32A(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, declare the provisions of Government Notices Nos. R. 687 of 21 July 2006, corrected, extended and renewed by R. 1152 of 24 November 2006, R.591 of 22 July 2011, R. 132 of 24 February 2012, R. 504 of 6 July 2012, R. 73 of 7 February 2014 and R. 773 of 10 October 2014, R.38 and R.41 of 22 January 2016, R.62 of 8 February 2019, R.1085 of 19 August 2019 to be effective from the date of publication of this notice and for a period of twelve months.
