I, Mongwadi Mary Ngwetjana, Deputy Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that Metal Mining and Allied Workers Union of South Africa (MMAWUSA) (LR 2/6/2/3647) has been registered as a trade union with effect from 17 March 2025.
