I, Lehlohonolo Daniel Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that South Africa is Not For Sale Workers Union (SANFOSAWU) has been registered as a trade union with effect from 9 May 2025.
