The South African Pharmacy Council
In terms of Regulation 3(1) of the Regulations relating to the fees payable to the South African Pharmacy Council (GNR. 2827, published on 2 December 2022), Council may determine fees payable to itself by way of a Board Notice annually.
The fees payable to Council for 2025 were published in Board Notice 697 of 2024 (Government Gazette (GG) 51710, published on 5 December 2024). The fees provided herein are additional and amended fees payable to Council for the year 2025, and are published below for general information:

ANNUAL FEES In terms of Regulation 106 of the Regulations relating to the registration of persons and the maintenance of registers (R.1160 of 20 November 2000), every person registered in terms of the regulations must renew such registration annually by paying the annual fee(s) as determined by Council. The annual fee due dates for the designated pharmacist are 1 February and for the Tutor 1 July each year |
