Merchant Shipping (International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund) Act, 2013 (Act No. 24 of 2013)

The High Court of South Africa exercising its admiralty jurisdiction under the Admiralty Jurisdiction Regulation Act, 1983 (Act No. 105 of 1983), has jurisdiction, including jurisdiction for all incidental purposes, to hear and determine claims against the Fund for compensation under Article 4 of the 1992 Fund Convention.
