PROCLAMATION

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 12 of the Merchant Shipping (International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund) Act, 2013 (Act No. 24 of 2013), I determine the 30 May 2014 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
