I DAVID MSIZA, the Chief Inspector of Mines, in terms of section 49(6) read together with Sections 9(2) and 9(3) of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) as amended, hereby issue the Guidance Note for the Prevention and Management of No-ncommunicable Diseases and Mental Health Disorders in the South African Mining Industry, as set out in the schedule below.
