40. Matters to be published in Plant Variety Journal

(1) The Registrar must ensure that a journal, to be styled the ‘‘Plant Variety Journal’’, is published on an annual basis or at regular intervals within each year.

 

(2) The subject matter of the journal contemplated in subsection (1) must be prescribed.
