The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions

I, Moroka Isaac Butcher Matutle, Registrar of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions, in terms of section 10(e) of the Project and Construction Management Professions Act, 2000 (Act No. 48 of 2000) ("PCMP Act") hereby make the Regulations as set out in the Annexure hereto.

The purpose of the Regulations is to exempt applicants and registrants under the PCMP Act from specific qualifications and competency requirements stipulated in the Rules for Registration as part of a limited special dispensation.

The Regulations will come into effect on 01 August 2025 following publication hereof in the Gazette.
